Group Leaders, for planning purposes, Winter/Spring dates are usually booked by Aug/Sept and Fall dates are usually booked by March.

Terms

Deposits are due within 2 weeks of booking in order to reserve the selected dates. The remaining balance is due by check or money order within 2 weeks prior to the reservation dates. Once the final balance is received, an e-mail will be sent to the group leader with directions and key/alarm codes for entry into the cabin. A guest list is required to be sent to christa@thescrapbookcabin.com 2 weeks prior to the reservation dates for entry into the gated resort.

If a check is returned for insufficient funds, there is a $25 return check fee added to the remaining balance, which is payable only by credit card prior to the reservation date.
Visa/Mastercard/Discover (for deposits only)

There is a $5 processing fee on transactions of $150 or less and a $7 processing fee on transactions of $151-$ 200.

Cancellations

A 60 day notice is required in order to receive a refund on the deposit. A $25 processing fee is deducted from the deposit, if refunded. Without a 60 day notice, the deposit is non-refundable unless I am able to book the weekend again. If that happens, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
